TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Most of our items are handmade. Restocks depends on item's availability.

2. Serious buyers only. Strictly no back outs.

3. Items sold are not returnable nor refundable.

4. Shipping at your own risk. We won't be held responsible for damaged or loss items.

5. Reservations are valid up to 5 days only. Payment must be made within these 5 days. Cancellations can be made within this period of time.

6. Price stated are excluding postal charges.

7. To purchase, drop us an email at mystqgems@gmail.com. A reply mail would be sent within 24 hours.

8. If you fail to receive a reply within 24 hours, please resend your email. Our sincerest apologies, but we might have missed it.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

1.Payment can be made via bank transfers or Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Payment must be made within 5 days of reservation. Fail to do so, item will be released to the next buyer.

3. COD can be arranged within Klang Valley depending on our schedule*. Home delivery can be made provided that we are fimilar with the place/neighborhood. Email us for more info.

4. No backing out once confirmation has been made.

5. Items will be shipped straight after payment is made.

6. We provide international shipping as well. Do drop us a mail and we will inform you on shipping charges.

*For purchase above RM250, items will be hand delivered for FREE (only applicable within Subang Jaya and Shah Alam) or shipping will be on us (:
